Good questions

Which areas do you cover?

Limassol, Nicosia and Larnaca. Other areas on request.

Do I have to live abroad?

No. Many owners live in another city or are simply too busy. The service is the same.

How do I pay?

Per task, or a monthly plan for regular visits. The price is agreed before we start.

How are my keys kept?

Every set is logged and stored safely. We only let in people you have approved.

Do prices include VAT?

Prices are shown before VAT. VAT is added where applicable, and you see the final amount before you agree.

What isn't included in a plan?

Repairs and materials, deep cleaning, pool and garden work, and utility bills. We arrange them for you, always with a price agreed first.

What if something urgent happens?

Call or message us. An extra or urgent visit is charged separately and agreed with you before we go.

Do you find tenants or collect rent?

No. For that you need a licensed real estate agent. We look after the property itself.
